There are not words to describe how I feel about Banyan. They gave me an opportunity to a life I was so willing to throw away.. Every staff member from techs, therapists, case workers and even the executive director played a role in my treatment. In the time that I stayed there I learned how to better manage my life on a day to day basis, food shop, coping skills, and make friendships. The techs taught me about the big book, the twelve steps, and what it means to live my life through these traditions. I’ve had a negative view on therapy for over 7 years and was hesitant to start but when I met her I was blown away with how caring and understanding she was. My case worker handled everything I asked in a timely fashion. The executive director was so down to earth and relatable! Matt and my case worker even took a few guys from the house and I to the basketball court down the street to just get out of the house and it was some of the most fun I’ve had in years!! Every person here was willing to talk and listen at any time. This isn’t just a paycheck to them they’re genuinely trying to change people’s lives if they’re willing. Coming into banyan all I wanted to was to be clean and sober but they’ve given me so much more then that I don’t think I could ever repay them. They never judged me or co signed bad ideas just always kept it real!!! This is like no other treatment anywhere and will forever have a place in my heart

Been through multiple treatment facilities unfortunately, Banyan Massachusetts without a doubt is by far the best I’ve ever gone through. They show so much love and compassion and give hope back where there is none, I am forever grateful to have had the fortune of making my way to banyan. Love you Matt Ganem and all the staff!!

This is an amazing place. Truly the best I have ever attended. The staff cares more than any I have ever met and have made life changing efforts for my recovery. I would recommend this to anyone.

This facility opening really helped the community so much! If you ever have the pleasure of touring this program, you can just feel the love in the building. The staff cares about their patients so much and it is obvious. There is a family culture presented and it does wonders with the patients to feel like they are a part of something.

After years of struggling with addiction and trying multiple programs I was directed to go to Banyan Mass by a close friend. When I arrived I was welcomed with open arms by the staff here. I can't say enough how much every single staff member that works here cares about all of the clients who come through here. They will go out of their way to make sure everyone is alright on a daily basis aswell as take time out of their personal lives to help in any way possible. The living accommodations are incredible aswell as the center for groups. All of the therapists are amazing at their jobs and will dig deep to truly help you understand and overcome any issues. I am incredibly grateful to have been able to come here and now have amazing relationships that were built while I was here. To anyone that is struggling I highly recommend Banyan Mass you will not regret it. You will learn that there is a better way to live.

Banyan treatment center has the most amazing staff. This place truly saved my life and the people here have become family. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone the opportunity they have given me is like no other I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I personally would never go anywhere else to get lasting sobriety. Every single employee cares to a degree I’ve never experienced before. I felt truly loved and cared for in this facility. I feel extremely grateful to have been a client at this program.

I was a client at Banyan Mass Treatment center and they were the place that helped save my life and put me on the path to freedom from drugs and alcohol. After 30 years of struggle and countless treatment facilities, I began to think of my struggle as hopeless. Until I found myself at Banyan Mass. Banyan’s multi-faceted approach, variety of groups, therapists, case managers and techs, along with the living arrangements, exposure to tools you can continue to use after leaving and the overall sense of care for your well being make this the BEST place I have ever been. The staff is the most invested and caring I have ever encountered. There is no one hiding in an office. From Matt Ganem all the way to the housing staff, there is constant engagement and interaction. There’s something to be said about feeling loved, respected and cared about while in treatment that allows you to grow & flourish. Today, I am a happy, proud, Banyan graduate who has found freedom from the grips of my addiction. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. After all, 5 stars hardly seems enough for an environment that saved my life. Thank you Banyan Mass Treatment Center for helping someone that didn’t think there was hope. Hope restored!

Hands down the best treatment in Massachusetts. I know when families are seeking treatment for a loved one they want the highest quality care from a professional staff. They want their loved ones treated with dignity and respect. They want to know that they are sending them somewhere safe that will give them the tools they need for lasting recovery. Banyan is all of these things and more and as someone who has worked with people with SUD for more than a decade they are the ONLY private treatment center I refer to. Thank you always to the staff at Banyan for taking care of the people I love.

Great program. Loving and caring staff, this program truly changed me and changed my whole outlook on life. If anyone needs help i highly suggest you pick up the phone. Banyan will be more then happy to help you out in anyway they can.

I can't even put into words how amazing this place is. I've been to countless treatment centers and have never experienced the amount of love and care that I did at Banyan. And still continue to experience. I know that at any time I need help I can reach to anyone of the staff members there and they will be there for me. I am truly grateful for this place and the people that make it so great. Banyan saved my life. I don't know where I'd be without it.

To put it simply this place, Matt Ganem and the rest of the unbelievable staff who work here saved my life. More than once. They took me in at a bottom I never thought I'd reach and loved me unconditionally. They taught me how to be a person again, and how to live successfully. Lived in a beautiful house filled with love and everything comfort I could have dreamed of. Never been to a program like it, every group we had filled my spirit and inspired me to be better. I have endless positive things to say about this program and everyone who works there, they saved me and the help didn't end when I completed the program. I'll always be so grateful for Banyan Mass

For last 20 years I have been to many programs in Mass, multiple halfway houses, residential , holdings, detoxes etc. My experience at Banyan was by far better than any other place. They have a amazing staff that really cares about you and wants to see you succeed. They have amazing group's that actually teach you about this disease and show you there's a solution and a better way to live, there positive vibes and way they make u feel comfortable and treat everyone equally really helped a lot!! I can't say enough about this place!! It helped me tremendously and will always be my family

Words don’t do this place justice. It truly changed my life and I owe it all to the staff there. Every staff member genuinely cares and takes the time to help you get better. They believed in me, motivated me, and inspired me on a daily basis. I would not be sober today still without their help. They literally saved my life. I HIGHLY recommend Banyan Mass to anyone struggling with addiction/alcoholism. You will not only gain sobriety, you will gain a family as well.

Banyan become my family, helped me love myself and go on with life. They gave me a second chance. All the staff who work there respect each other, they are judgeless and they carry a message of love. They support you, take care of everyone while you stay there. If you run away from them they will run twice as fast as you. So stick and and stay. This program has so much positives people who really want to help you. Let them in, talk to them, believe that they believe in you. I can't say enough about this program, but if I had to sent someone to rehab, my first choice would be Banyan treatment center.

You can feel the sense of family and love and support the second you walk in the doors. The groups you go to are unlike any other place and truly help you build a strong foundation for recovery.
